Rates

Depending on the project, I charge by square foot, by the hour, or a flat fee. I charge from as little as $0.80 per square foot for a simple project up to $1.25 per square foot for more extensive or complicated designs. For other types of projects I may charge a flat fee or an hourly rate, which is $30 per hour. I would need to meet with you to discuss your project to determine what your fee would be. If you already have existing plans and just need elevations, that is quite easy for me, and I charge $30 per hour for that. Please contact me to discuss your project and pricing.
